The food took 2hr and 5 mins to arrive. I phoned to find out where or food was, they didnt seem to know who I was and took an age to work out where my order even was. Told me it was with the driver but it was still another 40 minutes. Food arrived freezing cold. The calazone seemed to have a mountain of chilli sauce in it, it was hardly edible. I used to order from here a lot (through JustEat), but its gone down hill significantly.

We ordered one small kebab and one large but they were both small. Very disappointed

Pre ordered food to be delivered at 5.40 at 6pm I get an email from top kapi asking me to rate my food. At this point I phone them and explain I’ve not had my food delivered yet, the guy tells me it left the shop 20minutes ago and he’s stuck in traffic and will be another 20 minutes. When I pointed out the food is going to be cold on arrival I was met with a barrage of abuse and he threatened to cancel my order with no refund. This is the first time of ordering food from this place and obviously the last time unbelievable response from this restaurant.

Quickly becoming a go-to option after a night out, always excellent service and quality! Try the tombik bread, it's fluffy, chewy and very filling.

This is second time with same bad experience. Took 1.5 hours for one item . Food arrived dry , cold inedible.

As always so tasty, but there was a lot less meat than there has been previously which was a little bit dissapointing. I am sure it was an error.

We ordered 2 lamp doener kebabs which come deconstructed. The salad was fresh, the meat was tasteless, the bread was a defrosted pita cheap quality, the sauce was a watery balsamic dressing or a chilli sauce. We did not enjoy this meal at all and would not recommend it to our friends and family.
